BODYLINE Recliner

We have a constantly changing collection of all types of chairs, sofas, chaises longue etc. which have been regenerated to the highest spec by the team at couchi-couchi.

I love this – maybe it’s an age thing but I don’t think so! Go on, get your feet up and have forty winks! It really is comfortable and squashy.
It is an original “Bodiline” chair from the 50’s although I think although it could be earlier. Note the different spelling! We replaced the original label back on to the chair even though it has had a complete and truly funky makeover by couchi – couchi. We used Irish linen on the insides of the chair and a not so subtle mock snakeskin on the outside which is just gorgeous. We have used this chair as part of a bigger story – see our postcard picture for the other pieces we used with it to create a complete couchi look. There are 4 castors on the base - need them - it's solid!!!
